who am I
I’m Niamh, a dedicated yoga instructor trained by Power Living Australia with a lifelong passion for mindful movement.
My journey began as a competitive gymnast, giving me a strong foundation in body awareness, flexibility, and discipline. I continued my passion for the sport, once retiring from competition to become a gymnastics coach for recreational students.
I have expanded my knowledge through strength training and running, which I now incorporate into my teaching to create a powerful, functional yoga experience.
I live by the ethos that yoga is a practice for everyone. Mindful body movement is integral to physical and mental improvements.
I specialise in Power Vinyasa and Yin yoga, blending dynamic flows with mindful stillness to support both physical and mental well-being. My classes focus on helping students build strength, flexibility, and resilience while discovering valuable tools for the mind and body.
